At Perkify (“we”, “us”, “our”), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
- Definitions
- Personal Data / Personal Informationmeans any information about an identifiable individual (directly or indirectly) — e.g. name, email, phone, IP address, device identifiers, location data, transaction data, etc.
- Sensitive Informationmeans types of personal data considered more sensitive (e.g. health, biometric, race). We do not intentionally collect sensitive information in ordinary course.
- De-identified / Aggregated Informationmeans data that has been processed to remove or obscure identifiers, so it cannot reasonably identify an individual.
- Servicesmeans all functionalities made available by Perkify (website, app, APIs, marketing, etc.).
- What Personal Data We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve our Services. The personal data collected depends on your interactions with us. Common categories include:

- Registration / Account data: name, email address, password, phone number (if required).
- Profile data: preferences, settings, communication preferences.
- Communications: when you contact us (via support, email, chat), we record those interactions.
- Marketing signups: if you choose to subscribe to newsletters or offers.
- Submissions: if you upload files, images, or content (e.g. avatars, receipts, feedback).
- b) Automatically collected data

We do not collect credit application or borrowing data (no credit facility).
- How We Use Personal Data

- Security & Data Breach
We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, alteration, or misuse. These include:
- Encryption in transit (e.g. TLS/SSL) and at rest (where feasible).
- Secure servers and infrastructure, firewalls, intrusion detection, access controls.

In case of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will comply with applicable laws (e.g. notify affected users, regulators) without undue delay.
